Abstract
Educational leadership plays a critical role in shaping the academic success and personal development of students. This article explores the relationship between school leadership styles and educational outcomes. It focuses on how the leadership strategies of school principals influence teaching quality, student engagement, and overall academic performance. Through a series of case studies and surveys conducted across schools in Pakistan, the research examines the impact of transformational, transactional, and instructional leadership on school success.
