Collaborative learning, an educational approach where students work together to solve problems, complete tasks, or learn new concepts, is gaining recognition as an effective method for enhancing student engagement and improving academic performance. This paper explores the power of collaborative learning in modern classrooms, highlighting how it fosters critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. It examines the theoretical foundations of collaborative learning, the various models and strategies employed in classrooms, and the role of technology in facilitating collaborative learning environments. The paper also addresses the challenges of implementing collaborative learning, such as group dynamics, unequal participation, and assessment issues, and provides recommendations for overcoming these obstacles. The study concludes that when properly implemented, collaborative learning can significantly enhance the educational experience and equip students with the skills necessary for success in the 21st century.
