Abstract

Creating an equitable education system is a critical goal for educational reform, as it ensures that all students, regardless of their background or circumstances, have access to high-quality education and the opportunity to succeed. This paper explores the barriers to educational equity, including socioeconomic disparities, cultural biases, and systemic inequalities in educational resources. It examines the role of policies, curricula, teacher training, and community involvement in fostering an equitable education system. The study highlights successful case studies of equitable educational practices and provides recommendations for educators, policymakers, and communities to work together in creating an inclusive and fair educational environment. The paper concludes that addressing educational inequity is essential to ensuring that all students have an equal opportunity to achieve their full potential.
